These terms govern your use of Socialens and its related services.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By installing or using Socialens, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum legal age in your country and have authority to accept these Terms.
2. What Socialens provides
Socialens combines accessible public profile data with analysis, simulation, estimated signals, and potentially AI-generated reports. Public data can be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Simulated and generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and is not a verified statement about another person.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Socialens to stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, defraud, or unlawfully monitor anyone; bypass platform restrictions; access private accounts or messages; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; automate abusive queries; or make safety-critical, employment, credit, insurance, housing, medical, or legal decisions.
4. Targets and third-party platforms
You are responsible for the usernames and targets you submit and for having a lawful purpose. Socialens is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, ByteDance, Snapchat, or other referenced platforms. Third-party services may change or become unavailable without notice.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
If paid products are offered, prices and billing periods shown by the applicable app store at purchase time control. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the store. Restores, refunds, and payment disputes are subject to store rules and applicable law. A displayed feature is not an entitlement until purchase and server-side validation succeed.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, successful profile resolution, or the accuracy of public, estimated, simulated, or generated information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialens and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
7. Suspension and changes
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or infrastructure, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. We may update features or these Terms. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
