Your license to use Socialens.
Effective: August 7, 2026
1. Limited license
Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Use, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Socialens on devices you own or control as permitted by the applicable app store.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security or entitlement controls, extract provider credentials, interfere with the service, or use the application in violation of law or third-party rights, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Ownership and third-party services
Socialens, its design, code, branding, and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. Public social-platform content and third-party names remain subject to their owners' rights. The application may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, profile-data, store, and AI services governed by separate terms.
4. Updates and termination
We may provide updates or discontinue features. This license ends automatically if you materially violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and remove the application, without affecting provisions intended to survive.
5. Warranty, liability, and store terms
The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use apply. The app store may be a third-party beneficiary of this EULA where its rules require. Store operators are not responsible for support beyond their mandatory obligations.
